TORTURE CELL FOUND IN KARACHI?

With reference to the news item "50 HELD, TORTURE CELL FOUND IN KARACHI" in KT dt.9th August 2011 filed 

by your Karachi correspondent Rehan Siddiqui, wherein he said " ..........unearthed a torture cell in Yousuf Plaza".

"This is the third torture cell found by Rangers since..............." and so on.

I would like to point out that the news about "third torture cell"  has been pulished in Pakistani newspaper "Jang" 

in a different way i.e "  Rangers had raided a vacant appartment which was reportedly used as torture cell, but this

could not be confirmed........" . I have checked the other newspapers also but there was no mention of confirmed 

unearthing of any such "third torture cell at Yousuf Plaza". I would like the Editor KT  to ask your correspondent to

reconfirm this part of the news and refrain from filing any more unconfirmed news items.
